‘I trained with Tom from November to April I preparation for the London marathon. I have always done sports or gone to the gym but never ran more than a 5k so it was an ambitious undertaking.
Not only was Tom very knowledgeable but his communication was always friendly, easy to understand and encouraging! The last being particularly helpful for my progress as I have ADHD so maintaining and sticking to a training plan is an extra challenge and whilst it wasn't the smoothest journey I was armed with positivity from Tom and plenty of valuable information about strategy and nutrition from my time in training and smashed it with consistent 12 minute miles (impressive for my little legs).
All in all would highly recommend Tom whether you're looking to learn a wider variety of training techniques, to work towards a goal and have a training plan broken into more digestible chunks or just want some support to make running less intimidating he's a good fit for all of these situations’
